  • The most crucial time to start a career in home health care is right now.
  • Health care and educational instruction are two of the profession's most important aspects.

Great Place to Work Institute has honored Comfort Keepers with a Great Place to Work certification! The certification process involved surveying 100% of employees from across Comfort Keepers locations and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members' experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization's community impact, the belief that their work makes a difference, and the feeling their work has special meaning.

Our Mission

What distinguishes Comfort Keepers' home health aides from those employed by other senior home care agencies? We boost the human spirit by providing protection, comfort, and safety to the elderly and their families and encouraging participation in daily activities. We also allow our caregivers to work in patient care or a home caregiver job in a flexible and lucrative environment.

As an experienced Comfort Keeper caregiver, you can form meaningful relationships with your clients and improve their quality of life by performing tasks "with" rather than "for" seniors living at home. By providing moments of joy, connection, and purpose, we help seniors thrive and achieve higher levels of well-being as a group.

Senior Citizens' Services

Comfort Keeper's home care team has provided exceptional quality in-home care to those requiring assistance with daily chores for over 20 years. After receiving care training (including infection control training), our caregivers visit clients' homes to help elders achieve a higher quality of life through home care, companionship, and small moments of delight. The following is an example of a caregiver job description:

  • Meal preparation and cooking
  • Conversation and company
  • I have a few errands to run before leaving a spotless environment, and getting to and from doctor's appointments (or scheduling telemedicine sessions) is a pain (or arranging grocery delivery)
  • Family caregivers benefit from respite care.
  • They help with personal hygiene, such as cleaning, clothing, grooming, and reminding clients to take their medications on time.
  • Assisting with feeding and other duties that arise regularly
  • Keeping a record of your client's health and informing your boss of any changes
  • Assisting with dementia or Alzheimer's care
