What You’ll Be Doing (Realistically)

• Walking into hospitals, SNFs, and physician offices and building relationships from scratch
• Following up consistently until you become a trusted, familiar resource
• Educating partners on how home care supports safe discharges and better outcomes
• Turning referrals into real families getting the help they need
• Managing your territory like it’s your own business
• Attending networking events, community programs, and industry meetings
• Collaborating with intake and operations to ensure a smooth handoff from referral to care

• Has experience in home care, hospice, home health, senior living, or healthcare sales
• Is confident walking into a new office and starting a conversation
• Understands that relationships—not just brochures—drive referrals

Compensation & Growth

• Uncapped Incentives: Earn based on the business you build
• On-Target Earnings: $80,000 Base – $120,000+
• Mileage reimbursement

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare sales, home care, hospice, or related field
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently
