Comfort Keepers Lithonia is currently looking for someone who can fill the role of a "Comfort Keeper" on a part time or as needed basis for our clients in Lithonia, Conyers, Stone Mountain, parts of Decatur, Snellville and Ellenwood. A "Comfort Keeper" is a someone who provides in-home care that makes a difference in the lives of seniors and other adults. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Personal Care - Mobility assistance, transferring assistance, toileting, medication reminders, grooming, oral care assistance, dressing, etc.
Care Services - Companionship, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, incidental transportation, grocery shopping, errand services, recreational plans/ activities for the day, respite care or relief for family, etc.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Current CPR / First Aide certification
Current TB
Reliable transportation
Able to work weekends
Be genuinely interested in elder care
Willing to work part time hours and fill in
