Comfort Keepers is looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on challenge, embraces uncertainty, and enjoys creating systems, markets, and opportunities where none previously existed.

This role is for someone who wants ownership—not routine. You'll work directly with executive leadership to identify expansion opportunities, acquire businesses, launch new locations, and establish successful operations from the ground up.

You'll also lead the Marketing and Sales teams, setting clear expectations, driving performance, and ensuring every growth initiative aligns with the company's expansion strategy.

What You'll Lead

• Identify untapped markets and evaluate expansion opportunities
• Drive acquisitions from opportunity through execution
• Launch new office locations from concept to opening day
• Lead site selection, lease negotiations, and office development
• Build the operational foundation for each new location
• Lead, coach, and hold the Marketing and Sales teams accountable for achieving aggressive growth goals
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
• Partner with the Sales team to drive referral growth, community partnerships, and market penetration
• Align marketing campaigns and sales strategies with expansion objectives
• Remove roadblocks and solve challenges that arise during expansion
• Establish scalable processes that create long-term success
• Measure results, analyze performance metrics, and continuously improve outcomes
