Conduct initial assessments in clients’ homes
Create customized care plans that meet state compliance standards
Walk families through the admission and sign-up process
Help ensure each client starts care with confidence and clarity
Active RN license in North Carolina
A heart for senior care and a mind for compliance
1+ year clinical experience (home care a plus!)
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally
