 What You’ll Do

• Manage high-volume inbound customer and caregiver relations calls.

  Accurately document call details and coordinating with appropriate team members to ensure timely and effective follow-up

• Receive and review timesheets and care logs for compliance and accuracy

• Maintain organized, audit-ready filing systems

• Track missing documentation and follow up proactively

• Support payroll and compliance teams with accurate records
