Comfort Keepers is looking for a tech-savvy, analytical, and detail-oriented Internal Care Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, monitoring systems, and keeping operations running smoothly.

If you're the person who naturally notices what others miss, enjoys troubleshooting, and looks for a better way to do things, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and optimize caregiver schedules and client services.
• Monitor the Sensi dashboard to identify missed check-ins, scheduling concerns, service gaps, and other issues requiring attention.
• Troubleshoot call-offs, coverage gaps, scheduling conflicts, and system alerts.
• Identify problems, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
• Monitor client and caregiver activity to ensure services are being delivered as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate client, caregiver, and scheduling information.
• Use scheduling software, Sensi, Google Workspace, and other technology.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure documentation and scheduling practices meet company and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with clients, caregivers, HR, Recruitment, and Operations.

• Comfortable monitoring dashboards and working with technology
• Able to recognize trends, discrepancies, and potential issues
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to analyze information and make logical decisions
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Experience in scheduling, healthcare, staffing, logistics, customer service, or operations is a plus
