When you begin working as a home health aide, you will go through specialized training that will fully prepare you for the job. This paid training includes learning how to provide seniors with adequate physical and mental stimulation and how to increase their safety and security at home too. You will also learn about the importance of proper nutrition. As interactive caregiving is the foundation of our care services, you will be taught how to include seniors in their care in a way that promotes independence. Full-time employment comes with many other benefits, including paid time off. We understand that not every home health aide can commit to full-time caregiving, so we offer flexible work schedules as well.
