Requirements

A senior care provider is not for everyone; we look for passionate people who care about helping others, are devoted, and dependable. We have a few critical requirements for all members of our team, including:

• A valid driver's license and personal transportation
• One year of professional experience as a caregiver or home health assistant is required.
• Prior work experience in the healthcare, hospitality or in-home care industries is preferred.
• Availability is unrestricted (be able to work various shifts, nights, or weekends)
• Dedicated team player who cherishes his friends and family
• A national background check must be passed.
• A drug test must be passed.

Our Caregivers' Responsibilities

As a caregiver on our team, you will assist your senior client with basic domestic activities, bathing, personal care, or more specialist care, such as dementia or Alzheimer's care. All members of the team have received training in the following areas:

• Create and implement personalized care plans to address the changing needs of older clients.
• Communicate with elderly clients and their families openly and professionally.
