If you become our caregiver, you will get to travel to homes of seniors in our care and assist them with a variety of daily activities. Some of our clients require light housekeeping, some need help with meal preparation, and there are those who require assistance with bathing and other personal tasks. However, your job more than just taking care of someone’s physical needs. It is about bringing joy to seniors, engaging them in everyday activities and helping them live a healthier and happier life. This philosophy called Interactive Caregiving is what sets us apart from other home care companies.
Through this approach our care providers are able to physically, mentally, socially and emotionally stimulate our clients. As our caregiver you will help seniors to engage in everyday activities, whether through cooking, visiting their loved ones, cleaning, or doing things they love.
Being a caregiver is a noble and rewarding job. However, we do not let just anyone join our team. We are looking for individuals who are creative, punctual, professional, flexible, honest, motivated, patient, confident and have good communication and organizational skills.
