Caregiver Responsibilities 

As a caregiver on our team will help seniors with basic household tasks, hygiene and bathing, personal care, and more specialized care such as dementia or Alzheimer's care. All team members are trained in one-on-one care to:

• Create and execute quality care plans that meet the changing needs of senior clients
• Communicate honestly and professionally with senior clients and their family members
• Exercise their knowledge of the local communities to keep senior clients mobile, active and engaged

Caregiver Requirements

Suppose you are interested in helping seniors and joining the home care industry but don't have caregiver jobs experience. In that case, we also have opportunities for managerial work in the office, client care coordination positions, and marketing positions.

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect 
• Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts 
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner 
• Complete a criminal background check
