We are proudly announcing Comfort Coaching- our NEW Mentoring Program. All new hires are matched with an experienced caregiver who will help guide them through the onboarding process and then into their first 90 days of employment.
This program not only benefits our new hires, giving them peer support and guidance, it also helps to create new leadership skills for our veteran caregivers.
