Requirements

A senior care provider is not for everyone; we look for people who are passionate about helping others, devoted, and dependable. We have a few critical requirements for all members of our team, including:

  • A valid driver's license or reliable, personal transportation is required.
  • One year of professional experience as a caregiver or home health assistant is needed.
  • Prior work experience in the healthcare, hospitality or in-home care industries is preferred.
  • Availability is unrestricted (be able to work various shifts, nights, or weekends)
  • Friendships and family are important to me; thus, I'm a team player.
  • A national background check must be passed.
  • A drug test must be passed.

Responsibilities

You will help your senior client with basic domestic tasks, bathing, personal care. Or more specialized care, such as dementia or Alzheimer's care, as a part of our care services. The following areas have been covered in training for all members of the team:

  • To accommodate the changing requirements of seniors, we develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Openly and professionally communicate with seniors and their families.
  • They leverage their expertise of the local Sonora communities to keep your elderly loved ones active and interested.
