Desired Caregiver applicants will meet the following requirements:

• Caregiving experience
• Bed Level Care Experience
• Hoyer Lift Experience (preferred but not required)
• Available Saturdays and/or Sundays 6p-11p
• Available Monday and / or Tuesdays 4p-8p
• HCA eligible
• Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
• Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
• Negative TB test or CXR

Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

• Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
• Help seniors with daily tasks such as preparing meals, light housekeeping, organization, drive and accompany to appointments.
• Assist with showers, bathing, dressing, and toileting, peri-care.
• Assist with transfers
• Encourage activity and movement
• Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments, and hobbies
• Ability to document using cell phone technology
• Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home
