Comfort Keepers is looking for compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors in the Granbury area. • $15.50–$17.00 per hour based on experience and CNA certification

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you’ll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes. Depending on each client’s needs, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Supporting clients with daily routines and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and assisting with meal planning
• Providing medication reminders
• Completing light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and general tidying
• Assisting with transportation to appointments and errands
• Supporting safe mobility and daily activities
• Following each client’s individualized Plan of Care
• Communicating changes or concerns to the office team
• Providing families with appropriate support and guidance when needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of senior caregiving experience in an agency, facility, or private-care setting
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds
• Comfortable working around small dogs and/or cats
• Able to follow and understand an individualized Plan of Care
• Responsive to calls, texts, and emails regarding scheduling and client updates
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience is a plus
• Willingness to complete required company training
