Caregivers with 3+ years of professional experience (required for top pay tiers)
Professionals who show up on time, communicate clearly, and follow through
Individuals who are open to feedback and committed to improving their skills
Caregivers who notice the details and take pride in their work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent required
