Full-Time Caregiver in Granbury, TX

Compensation & Benefits

• $15.50–$17.00 per hour (based on CNA certification and experience)
• Additional $1.50/hour weekend differential

Your Role as a Comfort Keeper

As a caregiver, you will help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and engaging conversation
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Performing light housekeeping such as laundry, linen changes, meal preparation, and general tidying
• Assisting clients with daily routines and preparing for the day
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Transporting clients to appointments and errands
• Supporting family members by demonstrating safe caregiving techniques

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for caregivers who:

• Treat every client with dignity, compassion, and respect
• Can follow and understand each client’s Plan of Care
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (travel required)
• Have at least one year of senior care experience (agency, facility, or private care)
• Are dependable, flexible, and eager to learn
• Are comfortable around small pets (dogs and/or cats)
• Are responsive to phone calls, texts, or emails regarding scheduling and updates
• Can safely lift at least 25 lbs
• Dementia care experience is a plus
