Responsibilities: 

• Personal care
• Assistance with safety and mobility
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship 
• Meal planning and preparation
• Communicate and monitor changes in client status by smart phone app

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance
• Experience welcome, but will train the right individual
• Positive, empathetic, and patient 
• Reliable, punctual
• Proficiency with email and phone app usage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve
