We are looking for a caregiver who is patient, responsible, and committed to providing consistent, quality care based on each client's individual needs.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay of $15.50–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and CNA certification
• Additional $1.50 per hour for eligible weekend shifts

Your Responsibilities

As a senior care assistant, you will help the client maintain daily routines, personal comfort, and independence while following an individualized Plan of Care.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Supporting personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Offering medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with basic meal planning
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands when needed
• Encouraging independence while maintaining client safety and dignity
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition or care needs to the office team
• Following the client's individualized Plan of Care
• Communicating appropriately with family members regarding care-related needs, within the scope of the role

Qualifications

• At least one year of senior caregiving experience in a home care agency, healthcare facility, or private-care setting
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, including safely lifting at least 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Dementia care experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a home with small dogs
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and an individualized Plan of Care
• Ability to communicate reliably by phone, text, or email regarding scheduling and client updates
• Willingness to complete required company training
