Human Resources Assistant

At Comfort Keepers, we believe great care starts with great people. As our Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive employee experience from first interview through ongoing development. This position is ideal for someone who brings professionalism, warmth, and strong attention to detail to every interaction.
You will help manage the applicant tracking system, coordinate interviews and onboarding, support credentialing and training compliance, maintain accurate HR records, and assist with payroll and leave processes. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for applicants and employees, answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.
This role requires excellent organization, discretion with confidential information, and strong customer service skills. Experience with coaching, staff development, or training support is highly valued. You should be comfortable working with HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office, and be able to quickly learn new platforms.
