Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating weeknight and weekend on-call responsibilities

In this rewarding position, you'll help seniors and their families navigate important care decisions, coordinate personalized home care services, and ensure every client receives the attention and support they deserve.

You'll be an important part of our clients' journeys—from their very first phone call to ongoing care and lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

Help Families Get Started with Care

• Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and families.
• Conduct in-home care consultations to understand each client's needs and preferences.
• Explain Comfort Keepers services, care options, and pricing.
• Help families feel confident in their decisions and guide them through the process of starting care.
• Follow up with prospective clients and help turn inquiries into new client relationships.

Create Personalized Care Experiences

• Develop and update individualized non-medical care plans.
• Coordinate new client introductions and support smooth transitions into care.
• Work closely with caregivers and office staff to ensure client needs are understood and met.
• Conduct in-home quality assurance visits and client satisfaction check-ins.
• Identify opportunities to improve the quality of care and overall client experience.

Build Strong Client & Family Relationships

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and their families.
• Respond to questions, concerns, and changing care needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Help resolve service-related issues and maintain positive client relationships.
• Build trust and connections that encourage long-term client satisfaction and referrals.

Support Community Relationships

• Help maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other referral partners.
• Occasionally participate in community networking activities and referral partner visits.
• Represent Comfort Keepers with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Community outreach is a smaller part of this position. The primary focus is client care coordination, consultations, and relationship management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, compassionate, and professional personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence speaking with families and explaining services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable visiting seniors and families in their homes.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn home care software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local visits.
• Availability for rotating weeknight and weekend on-call responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in home care, senior care, healthcare administration, client services, or a related field.
• Experience working with seniors and their families.
• Familiarity with care plans, activities of daily living, or dementia care.
• Experience conducting client consultations or assessments.
• Experience with home care management software.
