Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our PRN (as-needed) caregiver team across Oklahoma.

Whether you're already working full-time, attending school, balancing family responsibilities, or simply looking for occasional caregiving opportunities, we'd love to connect with you!

We're building a team of qualified, reliable caregivers who are interested in picking up shifts as client needs arise, including new client starts, schedule changes, caregiver call-offs, and additional coverage needs.

This is a PRN, as-needed position. Hours are not guaranteed, and assignments are offered based on client needs, location, qualifications, and availability.

What You'll Do

As a PRN CNA/Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, personalized, non-medical care to seniors and adults in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Supporting mobility, walking, transfers, and fall prevention
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating when needed
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with errands and transportation when authorized
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
• Following individualized care plans and completing required documentation
• Providing dependable coverage for available client assignments

What We're Looking For

• Current Oklahoma CNA or CHHA certification required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to scheduling requests
• Ability to work independently in a client's home
• Willingness to accept occasional assignments based on availability
• Ability to complete required orientation, training, background checks, and screenings
• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

PRN Scheduling – How It Works

This position is ideal for caregivers seeking occasional or supplemental work rather than a guaranteed weekly schedule.

As part of our PRN caregiver team:

• You'll provide your availability and preferred service area.
• Our scheduling team may contact you when shifts become available.
• Assignments may include short-notice coverage, new client starts, weekend shifts, or ongoing care opportunities.
• You can communicate your availability for offered assignments.
• Hours and shift frequency will vary based on client needs.

Important: PRN positions do not guarantee a minimum number of hours or a consistent weekly schedule.
