CNA Caregiver / Home Health Aide (Overnight Shifts) – Fort Worth, TX 76109

Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate, experienced, and dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one overnight care for a client in Fort Worth, TX (76109).

We are currently hiring 1–2 caregivers who can consistently work overnight shifts and are committed to promoting client safety, independence, and quality of life.

Schedule

Overnight Shifts Available:

• Sunday through Saturday
• 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Multiple caregivers may be hired to cover the weekly schedule. Applicants with consistent overnight availability are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the Client

The client requires attentive overnight care and support in maintaining safety and independence within the home. Caregivers will play a critical role in ensuring the client's needs are met according to the established Plan of Care while providing compassionate and respectful assistance.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide care according to the client's individualized Plan of Care
• Promote and encourage the client's independence whenever possible
• Assist with mobility and transfers while ensuring client safety
• Provide incontinence care and personal care assistance as needed
• Monitor for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
• Assist with repositioning and comfort measures
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Maintain accurate care notes and documentation
• Help ensure the client remains safe, comfortable, and free from falls or injury during each shift

Minimum Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification (Required)
• Current CPR Certification (Required)
• At least one year of caregiving, home care, or CNA experience
• Experience working with clients with TBI, paralysis, or mobility limitations preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Must be reachable by phone or email for schedules, updates, or emergencies
