We are a dedicated senior care provider committed to delivering high-quality home health aide services. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides / Caregivers who want to grow their skills in the senior care industry and make a positive impact on clients’ lives.


Shift Details & Availability

We are currently hiring caregivers available for the following shifts:

  • Monday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Saturday & Sunday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Flexible scheduling is required; weekend availability is essential.


Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay, commensurate with experience

$15.50 – $17.00 per hour

As a Home Health Aide / Caregiver, You Will:

Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding

Help clients dress, maintain hygiene, and lay out clothing

Provide medication reminders

Prepare and plan nutritional meals suited to the client’s needs

Perform light housekeeping tasks: laundry, linen changes, and general home tidiness

Provide transportation to/from appointments and errands

Help family members learn safe care techniques

Follow the client’s care plan and report any changes in condition or needs


Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of senior caregiving experience (agency, facility, or private client)

Experience or comfort working with Dementia or Alzheimer’s clients is a plus

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Able to lift at least 25 lbs as needed

Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations

Comfortable around small pets (e.g., cats or dogs)

Good communicator via phone or email for scheduling, updates, and emergencies

Honest, dependable, respectful of dignity and privacy
