Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Provide overnight care and assistance to our clients, performing routine tasks such as toileting, bathing, grooming, and dressing, and light housekeeping duties.
• Administer prescribed medications and record daily vitals, strictly adhering to established schedules and procedures.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our clients by installing and maintaining essential equipment like bed rails and nightlights.
• Assist with mobility needs, including repositioning in bed and transferring to and from a wheelchair.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with our clients, providing emotional support and facilitating a caring and compassionate environment.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control measures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Requirements:

To be an ideal candidate for the Overnight Caregiver position, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with our clients.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Willingness to undergo a thorough background check and provide references.
