Are you an experienced CNA looking for consistent pay, steady hours, and the opportunity to make a difference every day?

Comfort Keepers is seeking a dependable, compassionate Guaranteed Hours CNA Floater to support clients throughout our service area. This unique position provides the security of 30 guaranteed paid hours each week, even when client demand fluctuates.

When you're not assigned to a client, you'll report to our office to assist with operational and administrative support, ensuring you're always contributing while maintaining your guaranteed hours.

Position Schedule

Required Availability: Thursday through Monday

This position requires flexibility to accept assignments during scheduled hours. Work locations may include client homes or the Comfort Keepers office when client coverage is not needed.

What You'll Do

In the Field

• Provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Complete accurate daily documentation

In the Office (When Not Assigned to a Client)

• Assist with administrative and operational projects
• Prepare caregiver orientation and training materials
• Organize employee files and documentation
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities
• Assist with scheduling and office operations as assigned

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma CNA certification (Required)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 3 years of private duty home care experience
• Experience caring for clients with Alzheimer's and Dementia preferred
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Ability to travel throughout our service area
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
• Ability to pass background screening, drug screening, and reference checks

Commitment Required

Because this position includes guaranteed weekly hours and additional investment in training and support, candidates must be willing to make a minimum six (6) month employment commitment.
