Texas CNA – 12-Hour Shifts | 24/7 Client | Fort Worth

$15.00–$17.00/Hour | Day & Overnight Shifts | Consistent Schedule

Comfort Keepers is seeking experienced, dependable Texas Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 24/7 in-home care assignment in Fort Worth, Texas.

We are building a consistent care team for a client who requires ongoing support throughout the day and night. This is a great opportunity for CNAs who enjoy one-on-one care, want consistent scheduling, and are comfortable providing hands-on personal care in a client's home.

Current Scheduling Needs

• 12-hour day shifts
• 12-hour overnight shifts
• 24/7 client coverage
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Consistent scheduling based on availability and client needs
• Opportunities to pick up additional shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Weekend pay differential for eligible shifts
• Paid orientation and training
• Bi-weekly pay through direct deposit
• Support from our Fort Worth office and scheduling team
• Opportunities for additional assignments and hours

What You'll Do

As a Comfort Keepers CNA, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care to help the client remain safe and comfortable at home.

Responsibilities may include:

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
• Mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Companionship and social engagement
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Communicating important updates with the office and care team
• Following the client's individualized plan of care

What We're Looking For

Texas CNA certification is required for this position.

Applicants should also have:

• Professional CNA or caregiving experience; at least one year preferred
• Experience providing hands-on personal care
• Ability to safely assist with mobility and activities of daily living
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Dependable attendance and ability to commit to scheduled 12-hour shifts
• Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate approach
• Willingness to complete all required onboarding and training
