Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives? We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Lake Havasu City, AZ. As a Caregiver, you'll play a crucial role in supporting individuals, including seniors and those with special needs, by providing essential daily assistance and promoting a nurturing environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Choose from various shifts including day, evening, night, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Living Assistance: Help clients with activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' well-being.
  • Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their medications as prescribed.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Transportation: Escort clients to appointments and outings.
  • Monitoring: Report any changes in clients' conditions to our office staff.
  • Confidentiality: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect client privacy.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience: Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with senior care and basic first aid is beneficial. Understanding hospice care principles is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check.

Job Type:

  • Part-time (10 – 40 hours per week)
