ENID CNA Caregiver Dayshifts Weekdays & Weekends

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caregiving team. Newly certified CNAs are welcome — we provide paid training in home care to help you succeed.

In this role, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and deliver emotional support in the comfort of their homes or in assisted living or memory care settings. The ideal candidate has a heart for seniors, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a variety of care needs and behaviors.

Location:

• In-home care

Shifts:

• Tue–Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (daily)
• Wed: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (extended shift)
• Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 9:00 PM – 10:00 AM (overnight)
• 10a-7pm Saturdays EOW
• 6a-10a M-Sun (backup)

Pay Range

• Range within $16-$18/ per hour

Essential Qualifications:

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Active CNA certification (required)
• No experience required — we will train the right candidate
• 21 years of age or older
• Smartphone for communication and care documentation
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Willingness to travel 20–30 minutes for shifts
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
• Comfortable working around small pets (dogs/cats)
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Experience with dementia is a plus, not required

The Day-to-Day:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting and ADL's
• Provide assistance with mobility, transferring, and re-positioning
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition
• Communicate effectively with clients, office/RNs, family members, and other healthcare professionals as needed
