Comfort Keepers is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home care to seniors in Weatherford, Texas, and nearby communities.

Caregivers help clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and support their comfort, safety, and independence at home. Responsibilities vary according to each client's individual needs and Plan of Care.

Pay and Benefits

• $15.50–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and CNA certification.
• Additional $1.50 per hour for eligible weekend shifts.
• Biweekly pay through direct deposit.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience in a home care agency, healthcare facility, or private-duty setting.
• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to safely perform the essential physical duties of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds when necessary.
• Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in homes with small dogs and cats.
• Dependable communication and responsiveness to scheduling-related calls, texts, and emails.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding as needed.
• Support personal hygiene and daily routines.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the Plan of Care.
• Prepare meals and assist with basic meal planning.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands when needed.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance according to the care plan and appropriate training.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition or care needs.
• Communicate with the office team regarding scheduling, client concerns, and care updates.
• Follow established care plans and company procedures.
