In Home Caregiver - $16.50 to $20 per hour (based on experience and availability) and we are immediately hiring! If you are a Caregiver or Home Care Aide (HCA) looking for immediate work in the Sacramento area, Comfort Keepers has the perfect job for you!

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical care to seniors in their own homes
  • Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
  • Help seniors get into and out of bed as needed
  • Help seniors use the restroom when needed
  • Perform duties as assigned on senior care service plan
  • Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments and hobbies
  • Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home

Caregiver Requirements:

  • Submit to criminal background investigation (20 year), motor vehicle driving record check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Possess valid current driver's license, automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle
  • Possess PCA, HHA or CNA license or have 6 months of caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
  • Possess high school diploma or GED
  • Be able to service one of our many service areas that include Sacramento, Arden-Arcade, Rancho Cordova, Fair Oaks, North Highlands, Orangevale, Folsom and the Citrus Heights area
