Bilingual (Spanish) Caregiver in 76114

We are currently looking for a female, Spanish-speaking caregiver for a client with Alzheimer’s/dementia living in the 76114 area. She lives with her husband, a Korean War veteran and retired mail carrier, who has been her primary caregiver. Due to his declining health, additional support is needed to ensure her safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Available Shift

Monday – Sunday: 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

(Consistent nightly schedule)

About the Client & Household

• Client is a senior female with Alzheimer’s/dementia
• She uses a cane and a walker, requiring steady mobility assistance
• Lives with her husband, who also needs minimal support but is not the primary recipient of care
• Household has strong involvement from children and grandchildren
• No pets in the home
• Enjoys calm, comforting routines such as sitting on the back porch, listening to music, and watching TV with family

What You’ll Do

Personal Support

• Assist with evening routines and ADLs
• Provide mobility support and fall-risk monitoring
• Offer compassionate dementia care

Household Support

• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders

Engagement

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and gentle cognitive engagement

Who We’re Looking For

• Female Spanish-speaking caregiver (required)
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience is a strong plus
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to participate in company-provided training
