Comfort Keepers is looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused Recruitment & Retention Coordinator to help caregivers have an exceptional experience from their first interview through their employment journey.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate caregiver recruitment through job boards, employee referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Screen applicants and schedule interviews
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Coordinate orientations and onboarding activities
• Maintain an organized applicant tracking system and hiring pipeline
• Create a positive and welcoming first impression for every new caregiver

Employee Engagement & Retention

• Conduct new hire follow-up calls and caregiver check-ins
• Support employee recognition and appreciation programs
• Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews
• Assist with caregiver communications and engagement initiatives
• Help foster a positive, supportive workplace culture

Administrative Coordination

• Maintain accurate hiring and employee records
• Prepare recruitment and retention reports
• Ensure hiring documentation is complete and compliant
• Assist with projects that improve communication and team organization
• Support office operations as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, administration, or a coordination role preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 
• Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
