Service Area: Fort Worth and Surrounding Tarrant County Communities

Comfort Keepers is hiring professional, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to join our growing in-home care team in the Fort Worth area.

We are currently seeking caregivers who are available for full-time, part-time, or PRN assignments, including both daytime and overnight shifts.

If you have professional caregiving experience and are passionate about helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home, we would love to hear from you!

Competitive Pay: $16–$18 Per Hour

Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and assignment requirements.

Additional opportunities and hours may be available based on client needs and caregiver availability.

What You'll Do

As a Comfort Keepers caregiver, you will provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility, ambulation, and transfer assistance
• Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
• Helping with errands or transportation when required
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Communicating important updates with the office, family, and care team
• Following each client's individualized care/service plan

What We're Looking For

We are looking for professional caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience preferred
• At least one year of caregiving experience is a plus
• CNA certification is welcomed but not required
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with ongoing care needs is preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of caregiving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• Compassionate, patient, and client-focused approach
• Willingness to complete required training and onboarding requirements
