We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) area who speak Mandarin fluently to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Duties

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety.
  • Monitor and record clients' health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical equipment when necessary.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements

  • Be able to work in the SGV area
  • Speak Mandarin
  • Able to work Saturday & Sunday
  • Read, Write, and Speak English
  • At least 6 months of experience with clients who are bed bound
  • HCA Certification or Willingness to Get Certified
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check
  • A vehicle with Valid Car Insurance
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently while following established care plans.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
