Responsibilities
Provide companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Help with errands, shopping, and transportation as assigned.
Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
Assist with personal care and mobility only as permitted by your training, assigned duties, and agency policies.
Follow each client’s care plan and report changes or concerns to the office.
Accurately document services and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications
Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to client safety.
Ability to complete required background screening and training.
Reliable transportation to assigned shifts.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if transporting clients.
