Your Role as a Home Care Aide

As a Home Care Aide, you’ll provide compassionate, personalized care that enhances quality of life and brings comfort, joy, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Responsibilities include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Personal care and mobility support
• Light housekeeping and errands
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support

What We’re Looking For

• Registered CA Home Care Aide preferred (we can help you get registered if needed!)
• Senior care experience preferred (training available)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation (driver’s license preferred, not required)
• A caring heart and desire to help others
