Comfort Keepers is seeking a detailed-oriented Scheduler to join our network of caring professionals in our Gainesville, Lady Lake or Ocala office. At Comfort Keepers, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their home.

Job Summary:

The Scheduler plays a key role in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships. Working closely with the Client Care Coordinator and Management, the Scheduler ensures clients receive high quality care and an outstanding customer experience. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring client care, including creating and managing schedules, communicating care-related updates to team members, external providers, and client/family members, and helping resolve any scheduling concerns that arise. The Scheduler also participates in prospective client intakes and collaborates with internal team members to support seamless service delivery. In addition, the Scheduler assists with staffing of caregivers and the full life cycle caregiver recruitment to include the onboarding process. 

Job Requirements:

· High School diploma or GED required.

· Minimum two years related experience and/or training.

· Knowledge of scheduling and/or health care preferred.

· Strong relationship-building skills with people from diverse and varied backgrounds and

  education levels.

· Must possess excellent problem solving, and organizational skills

· Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Exceptional customer service skills and written / verbal communication.

· Excellent attention to detail

· Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously

· A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor

  vehicle records check).

 · On Call hours may be required

Position Physical Demands:

Walking, sitting, and standing; lifting not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone. Office and fieldwork both required.
