One-on-one care: Build meaningful relationships with clients.
Flexible scheduling: Part-time shifts with the opportunity to grow into full-time.
Training & support: Paid training, ongoing education, and direct office support.

Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene).
Support mobility and transfers safely.
Provide meal planning, preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and emotional engagement to prevent isolation.
Remind clients to take self-administered medications.
Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or home conditions.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure client confidentiality.
NA1 caregivers: may perform additional nursing tasks under RN supervision (catheter care, special procedures, etc., per NC Board of Nursing).
Current CNA certification listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Ability to work two weekends per month as needed.
Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Professional, compassionate, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
