• You have at least [1] year of Customer Service experience. (Two or more are preferred; we're willing to train!)
• You live in Quakertown and have a valid driver's license & access to a reliable vehicle.

• You can efficiently cross-communicate, organize, & multi-task.

Your Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Family Friendly Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Your Day-to-Day Duties:
On a typical day, you'll be helping your team when you...

• Onboard new hires. (Conduct interviews, process references, and perform background checks.)
• Record & maintain employment files.
• Manage daily schedules.
• Communicate updates cross-functionally with Caregivers & office staff.
• Submit & review weekly recruitment updates.
• Participate in weekly recruiting calls.
