Comfort Keepers Twin Cities hires part-time Caregivers interested in Elevating the Human Spirit of seniors and adults that we serve. From experienced PCAs and CNAs, to those exploring a rewarding career in caregiving for the very first time, we are an agency focused on helping Caregivers thrive and feel supported in their work. We are a diverse team of Caregivers who want to help seniors thrive inside their own homes and within their communities. We currently serve individuals in St. Paul, Minneapolis, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Mendota, Maplewood, Little Canada and Newport.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Desire to get to know clients and learn about what brings them joy.
  • Ability to successfully meet client-specific needs:
    1. Activities of Daily Living needs including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, laundry, etc.
    2. Personal Care needs including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding, etc.
  • Consistently communicate (verbally/written) and document concerns with care and moments of joy.
  • Be punctual. Arrive on time and prepared for shifts, training, meetings, etc.
  • Be present. Attend to client needs with their physical and cognitive capabilities in mind.
  • Be patient. Deliver care with compassion.

Caregiver Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Candidates with previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions are a plus, however in depth training available upon being hired.
  • Ability to pass national background and fingerprint check.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and proof of car insurance/registration.
