How This Position Works

As a Guaranteed Hours CNA Floater, you'll be scheduled for 30 hours each week.

When client visits are available, you'll provide compassionate in-home care. If client coverage is not needed during your scheduled hours, you'll report to the Tulsa office to assist with administrative and operational projects.

Your hours remain guaranteed while you continue contributing to the success of our team.

What You'll Do

In Clients' Homes

• Provide exceptional one-on-one personal care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Complete accurate daily documentation
• Promote client safety, comfort, and independence

In the Office

When client coverage isn't needed, you'll assist with projects such as:

• Preparing orientation and training materials
• Organizing employee files and documentation
• Assisting with recruiting and onboarding activities
• Supporting scheduling and staffing efforts
• Administrative projects that support daily operations
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and enjoys both caregiving and being part of a collaborative office team.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma CNA Certification (Required)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum three (3) years of private-duty home care experience
• Alzheimer's and dementia care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to travel throughout the Tulsa service area
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
• Ability to pass background screening, drug screening, and reference checks

Because this position includes guaranteed weekly hours, specialized training, and ongoing investment in your success, we ask candidates to commit to a minimum six (6) months of employment.
